1. What Data We Collect

  • Contact form: when you submit the Contact form, we collect your full name, company (optional), email address, the subject you select, and the project brief you write.
  • Analytics: the Site uses Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use the Site. This involves cookies and collection of usage data such as pages visited, device/browser information, and approximate location.

2. How We Use Your Data

  • Contact form submissions are used solely to respond to your inquiry (e.g. a consulting request or a custom 3D-print order).
  • Analytics data is used in aggregate to understand site traffic and improve the Site; it is not used to personally identify you.

3. How Your Data Is Stored and Processed

  • Contact form submissions are sent to a workflow automation system that we self-host (not a third-party CRM or marketing platform). We control this system directly.
  • Analytics data is collected and processed by Google in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy.

4. Cookies and Tracking

Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser to distinguish visitors. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking using your browser settings or extensions such as Google's own opt-out tools.

(Note: the Site does not currently present a cookie-consent banner. If the Site is subject to regulations that require prior consent for non-essential cookies, such as the EU's GDPR/ePrivacy rules, adding a consent mechanism should be tracked as a separate follow-up.)

5. Data Retention

We retain Contact form submissions for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and maintain business records, after which they may be deleted.

6. Your Rights

You may request access to, or deletion of, any personal data you've submitted to us by emailing ofir@ofiryaron.com.

7. Third Parties

  • Google Analytics (Google LLC) — website analytics.
  • Our self-hosted contact-form workflow — not a named external vendor; data stays within infrastructure we control.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
