1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ofiryaron.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Description of Services

The Site is operated by Ofir Yaron and provides:

• General marketing and portfolio content describing freelance Cloud Solution Architecture and Software Engineering consulting services. Any actual consulting engagement is subject to a separate agreement negotiated directly with the client, not these Terms.
• Information about a 3D modeling and printing service, including custom design and fabrication requests submitted via the Contact page or a Shop product inquiry.

3. Shop and Product Inquiries

Items listed on the Shop page are informational product listings, not a checkout or point of sale. Contacting us about a listed product (including via a mailto: inquiry link) does not create a binding purchase — it only starts a conversation about pricing and availability.

Some products link out to our storefront on Etsy. Purchases made there are governed entirely by Etsy's own Terms of Use and policies, not by these Terms.

4. Custom Orders

For custom 3D modeling or printing requests:

• Quotes provided in conversation or by email are non-binding estimates until both parties confirm the order, price, and specifications in writing.
• Reasonable manufacturing tolerances apply to all printed parts; exact dimensions may vary slightly from a digital model.
• Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, we make no warranty that a custom part will be fit for a particular purpose beyond the specifications discussed at the time of the order.

5. Intellectual Property

All original content on the Site (text, images, logos, and site design) is the property of Ofir Yaron unless otherwise noted, and may not be reproduced without permission.

For custom print jobs: if you supply your own design or 3D model, you retain ownership of it, and you represent that you have the right to have it reproduced. If we create a design on your behalf as part of a custom order, ownership and usage rights will be agreed as part of that order.

6. Third-Party Links

The Site links to third-party sites and services (including Etsy, GitHub, and LinkedIn). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site.

7. User Submissions

Information you submit through the Contact form is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability

The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ofir Yaron shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or its services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
